El peticionario argumentó que la decisión proferida por la Sala Sexta de Revisión de la Corte Constitucional mediante sentencia T-559/11no ha sido cumplida por el ISS, manifestación que se entendió como el planteamiento de un trámite de desacato.
La Sala no advierte la necesidad de asumir directamente el trámite del desacato, en tanto le corresponde al juzgado de primera instancia conocer del mismo y disponer las medidas a las que eventualmente hubiere lugar.
Se decide NO ASUMIR la petición impetrada y remitir la misma al Juzgado Veintisiete Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, para que determine lo pertinente.
